I was recommended this book sometime ago, but haven't been blogging for a while so I thought I would share it. It is a combination of Eastern and Western techniques. Utilising deep breathing and postive thought it creates mindfulness and helps you to centre. I've used the techniques and it is working for me, it is a useful stress reduction tool.
